This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act (SCA) for Oregon counties of Coos, Curry, and Douglas (Wage Determination No. 2015-5579, Revision 28, effective 5/13/2026).

The document establishes prevailing wage rates for approximately 200 occupational classifications across multiple industry sectors, including administrative support, accounting, customer service, data entry, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance and repair, general services, health occupations, information technology, instructional occupations, laundry and dry cleaning, machine tool operation, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs occupations, plant and system operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring and longshore work, technical occupations, and transportation. Wage rates range from $15.34 per hour (Bus Aide) to $66.07 per hour (EEG Technician). All occupations listed receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week, or $222.00 weekly, or $962.00 monthly) or under Executive Order 13786, $5.89 per hour (up to 40 hours per week, or $283.60 weekly, or $882.27 monthly). Additional benefits include two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after five years, and four weeks after 15 years; a minimum of 11 paid holidays annually; hazardous pay differentials of 8 percent for high-hazard positions and 4 percent for low-hazard positions; and uniform allowances where required. The determination applies to all service contracts subject to the SCA and includes conformance procedures for classifying unlisted occupations requiring submission of SF-1444 forms to the U.S. Department of Labor.
