About this file

This file consists of GIS mapping documents prepared by the Town of Manchester, Connecticut for the Bush Hill Road Survey and Mapping Limits project, dated February 25, 2026. The Town of Manchester is seeking a qualified Professional Land Surveyor licensed in Connecticut to perform a topographic field survey and produce a base map in AutoCAD format for approximately 1.7 miles (9,000 feet) of Bush Hill Road extending between Hillstown Road and Keeney Street. The mapping limits are shown across three pages with match lines indicating the survey boundaries, including the Hillstown Road multi-use path and the Keeney Street sidewalk project area.

The original planimetric and topographic data were compiled using stereophotogrammetric methods from photography dated April 1999 in accordance with ASPR accuracy standards for 1-inch = 40-foot large-scale Class I mapping. The maps are presented at a scale of 1 inch = 250 feet and are subject to revision as more accurate surveys may disclose. The GIS data has been updated on a continual basis by the Town's GIS/Maps & Records Unit utilizing available source materials. No pricing terms, set-asides, funding amounts, or response deadlines are specified in this mapping document.
