About this file
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details bulk waste container services for the Bureau of Reclamation at the Denver Federal Center. The contractor will provide two 30-cubic-yard and one 15-cubic-yard containers, with requirements to collect, transport, and dispose of solid waste according to specific performance standards. Key service requirements include responding to pickup requests within 48 hours, completing pickups within 3 business days, maintaining containers in good condition, and operating Monday through Friday between 7:30am and 4:00pm MST, excluding federal holidays.
Performance objectives mandate 95% compliance for container placement and waste collection, with deliverables including a monthly invoice with weight slips and container details. The PWS specifies container weight capacities (5 tons for 30-cubic-yard and 3 tons for 15-cubic-yard containers), provisions for occasional additional containers, and protocols for non-haul conditions. Contractors must adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, position containers strategically, and maintain cleanliness and accessibility. The estimated annual workload includes 48 removals for 30-cubic-yard containers and 24 removals for 15-cubic-yard containers, with additional occasional container services available.
