About this file
This file is a responder declarations document related to a Minnesota Department of Transportation solicitation for brine pumps, valves, and flowmeters to be delivered to District 6 in Rochester, with freight included in the quoted price. The solicitation is a formal event requiring electronic bid submission through the Supplier Portal by the specified finish time listed in the Event Details. Bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted, and bidders must select the "Submit Bid" button to officially submit their response and receive a confirmation message. The State of Minnesota reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total quantity, whichever determination is deemed most advantageous to the state. Suppliers registered only as bidders must complete supplier registration before contract award.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder that meets all specifications, terms, and conditions. Responders must comply with all solicitation requirements, or their bids will be rejected. The Contractor Assistance Helpdesk is available to support bidders with registration and response completion at 651.201.8100, Option 1, or via email at swifthelpdesk.mmb@state.mn.us. This document serves as declarations from responders confirming their understanding of and compliance with the solicitation requirements and submission procedures.
