About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a federal contract for bread products for the Federal Bureau of Prisons at FCI Morgantown in West Virginia. The contract covers the procurement of three specific kosher bread products: whole wheat bread (3,720 units), hamburger buns (1,800 packages), and hot dog buns (1,080 packages), to be delivered weekly from October 6, 2025, to December 29, 2025. Delivery requirements include fresh bread within 48 hours of baking, with an acceptable expiration date of ten days after delivery, and products must be delivered on Mondays as determined by the Food Service Administrator.

The solicitation is a pre-solicitation for a single award, with an "all or none" approach, focusing on obtaining the best overall value considering price, delivery, and past performance. Vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, include their DUNS number, and complete annual representations and certifications electronically via ORCA. The full solicitation will be available on or about August 15, 2025, and posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website (beta.sam.gov), with the government reserving the right to award without further discussion.
