About this file

This is a Cost Schedule document for the Nevada Physical Therapy Board's government affairs contract opportunity, administered through the Nevada Division of State Purchasing. The Board is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive government relations services including legislative monitoring, analysis, reporting, and testimony; advocacy, stakeholder coordination, and bill drafting support; strategy development and policy briefings; and ad hoc services such as hearing representation and crisis response. The contract term spans from July 2026 through June 2027, covering both the 2026 interim period (July 2026 through February 2027) and the 2027 Legislative Session (February through June 2027), with full-term services also specified for strategy development and policy briefings.

The Nevada Physical Therapy Board prefers vendors to submit a single, all-inclusive fixed-price cost proposal representing the total contract value for all legislative affairs and government relations services. Vendors may alternatively present costs separately by service category or time period using the detailed cost schedule provided, though all individual line items must total the single proposed contract amount. The cost schedule requires vendors to specify total costs for legislative monitoring and analysis during each time period, advocacy and coordination services during each period, strategy development across the full contract term, and estimated hours for ad hoc services billed on an as-needed basis. All pricing must be consolidated into a final total proposed cost.

Cost Schedule

The Nevada Physical Therapy Board prefers that vendors submit a single, all-inclusive cost proposal representing the total fixed price for all legislative affairs and government relations services during the 2026 interim and 2027 Legislative Session.

However, for vendors who find it necessary to present costs separately by service category or time period, the Cost Proposal Form provides a detailed cost schedule for reference. All individual line items must total the single proposed contract amount.
