About this file
This document is an additional set of questions and answers related to a pest control services contract for the Annapolis Capital Complex and Community Place facilities located in Anne Arundel County and the City of Annapolis, Maryland. The contract requires the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and chemicals/pesticides necessary to eliminate or reduce insect, rodent, and other pest infestations at these state-owned facilities. The contract does not currently have any termite bait stations in place, and no termite treatments have been performed in the last 12 months. However, there have been a total of 9 other pest issues, including requests for bats, roaches, ants, mice, and bees, resulting in 3 callbacks. The bid or contract does not specify the quantity of exterior rodent bait stations to be included, as the placement and number would be determined at the time of request or need.
Regarding pricing, the document does not provide any details on the contract value, set-asides, incumbent information, funding sources, or other salient financial terms. The focus is on gathering additional information to address pest control service requirements and historical pest activity at the covered facilities.
