The Defense Media Activity (DMA) and the Army Multimedia Visual Information Directorate (AMVID), Production Acquisition Division (PAD), are issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) in order to establish a pool of multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for professional quality live event, virtual conference, and/or technical productions, and other complete audiovisual support for projects administered/managed by the AMVID Army Television Division (TV) Field Production Branch, and with contract services facilitated by AMVID-PAD. See Attachment A, Statement of Work (SOW) for full details. Once these master BPAs are established, both AMVID PAD and DMA Contracting Officers may issue/award competitive calls/orders against any BPA within the pool. As new requirements are identified, all BPA holders within the pool will be solicited for quotes via competitive RFQs. These RFQs will be unique to each requirement and have their own set of submission requirements and evaluation methodology. Vendors can be added or removed from the initial pool of established BPAs.
This RFQ seeks to establish the initial pool of BPAs. Calls/orders placed against the BPAs will range from $1,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. The total of call/orders placed against the BPAs shall not exceed $1,000,000.00 to any one contractor.
