About this file

The letter confirms that Boss Display is the sole source and exclusive producer of the exhibits referenced in Quote 4008-1, dated November 5, 2025, and that no other company manufactures identical products. The products must be purchased directly from Boss Display through its sub-brand Momentum Interactives at their Columbus, Ohio facility located at 1975 Galaxie Street.
The letter establishes that Boss Display maintains exclusive ownership and production rights to the specified exhibits, with no authorized agents or dealers representing these products. The sole source designation supports the Florida procurement for interactive display products, eliminating the requirement for competitive bidding and allowing direct procurement from the identified provider.
