About this file
This is a Worker Protection Form EO 2021-06 filed by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, Bureau of Facility Security and Safety Operations (BFSSO), in connection with a rebid solicitation for three enclosed mobile trailers to be delivered and installed at three separate State Correctional Institution (SCI) locations. The solicitation requires bidders to submit manufacturer documentation supporting their proposals, with all bids to be submitted electronically through the PA Supplier Portal. Interested vendors must be registered with the portal to submit responses, and all bidders are responsible for monitoring eMarketplace for any change notices that become incorporated into the solicitation document.
The document serves as a compliance certification form related to Executive Order 2021-06, establishing worker protection requirements for vendors participating in state procurement. Bidders must complete and submit this form as part of their proposal package to demonstrate compliance with applicable worker protection standards. No specific pricing terms, contract term length, or award timeline information is contained within this form document itself, as it functions solely as a compliance certification tool rather than a pricing or terms instrument.
