About this file
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for BlueBox Chiller Units Supply at Aviano Air Base, Italy, issued by the U.S. Air Force. The contract requires a contractor to provide chiller units from three specific product series (Zeta Sky, Tetris Sky, and Epsilon Sky) in either cooling-only or heat pump modes, with various hydronic configuration options. Key requirements include delivering units within 50 working days of purchase notification, maintaining a fixed-price list updated annually, and providing comprehensive closeout documentation including EC declaration of conformity, operation manuals, technical datasheets, and various certifications.
The PWS details strict compliance requirements for workplace safety, host nation laws, and European regulations. Contractors must ensure units are brand-new, fully functional, and come with a minimum 24-month warranty. Delivery is to Aviano Air Base in Italy, with specific provisions for base access, security protocols, vehicle management, and personnel conduct. The contractor is responsible for packaging, transportation, upload, and download of units, and must provide documentation in both Italian and English within 10 working days of supply, subject to review by the Contracting Officer and authorized callers.
