About this file

This document is an addendum to a solicitation issued by Gwinnett County, Georgia for the Construction and/or Replacement of Concrete Curbs, Gutters, Basin Lids, and Sidewalks on an Annual Contract. The addendum revises the title of the contract and provides clarification on Special Provision #23 regarding the removal of tree roots. It also addresses questions regarding the previous contract, the requirement to bid on all line items, and where to include costs for pipe removal and replacement. The addendum provides attachments including a revised Ethics Affidavit, Contractor Affidavit, and a Pre-Bid Sign In Sheet. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum.

The solicitation requires bidders to submit pricing for all line items, which can be performed by subcontractors if needed. Miscellaneous costs for pipe removal and replacement must be included under the appropriate line items for additional depth. The previous contract, BL003-19, was awarded to Peach State, and requests for related documents can be submitted through the county's Open Records Request portal.
