About this file
This document is a Request for Response (RFR) from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) to create a master service agreement contract to ensure therapeutics capacity across the Commonwealth. DPH is seeking qualified vendors to provide therapeutic services, including administration or dispensing of COVID-19 or other disease therapeutics, as well as deployable medical teams to support local, regional, and state disaster response. Eligible organizations include hospitals, clinics, community health centers, pharmacies, and other multi-specialty healthcare organizations licensed in Massachusetts. The RFR is rolling, with applications accepted and reviewed on an ongoing basis. Approved vendors will be compensated at a daily rate based on the services provided, such as per treatment location, per community administration team deployment, or per deployable medical team.
The RFR outlines the scope of services sought, including requirements for therapeutic services, regional lead coordination, and deployable medical teams. Vendors may apply for one, two, or all three service types. Approved vendors will be expected to secure necessary licenses, provide staff and logistical support, ensure sufficient capacity, provide culturally and linguistically competent services, and submit data to DPH as requested.
