About this file

This document is a Bidders' Conference announcement from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) regarding a Request for Response (RFR) to identify qualified vendors to develop and maintain capacity for therapeutics treatment, including for COVID-19, and to provide health and medical services, including direct patient or client care, through deployment of Deployable Medical Teams (DMT). DPH is encouraging provider organizations to submit responses if interested, as the RFR is on a rolling basis and applications can be submitted at any time. A Bidders' Conference will be held on July 19, 2022 at 2PM to provide an overview of the RFR and take questions.

The RFR seeks to establish qualified providers for therapeutics delivery and DMT services, but submission of a response does not guarantee a contract award. Once awarded, DPH can invite qualified providers to enter into an engagement with the Department as needed. The related state and local contract opportunity is titled "234332 Public Health Care Services Capacity Enhancement" and is open to the state of Massachusetts.

July 12, 2022 Dear Provider Colleagues, The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) has recently released a Request for Response (RFR) to identify qualified vendors to develop and maintain capacity for therapeutics treatment, including for COVID-19, in communities across the Commonwealth. DPH also seeks qualified vendors to provide health and medical services, including but not limited to direct patient or client care, through deployment of Deployable Medical Teams (DMT).

We encourage your provider organization to submit a response if you are interested and can do so. Please note, this RFR is on a rolling basis and applications can be submitted at any time through the duration of the RFR. Applications must be uploaded into COMMBUYS and will be reviewed as they are received. DPH also asks you share this information with your networks.

Although submitting a response does not guarantee that DPH will award a contract to your provider organization to support therapeutics delivery, it is the necessary first step to indicate interest and be designated as qualified therapeutics and/or DMT provider. Once awarded and as needed, DPH can invite qualified providers to enter into an engagement with the Department.

We invite you, your operations, and grants management staff to join DPH for a Bidders’ Conference on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 2PM. DPH will provide an overview of the RFR and take questions. Meeting information is as follows:
