About this file

This is a Bidder Questions Form for a Phased Solicitation managed by the New York State Police (NYSCR). The form serves as the official vehicle for bidders to submit questions regarding solicitation documents and requirements. All questions must be submitted using the designated form, citing the applicable Solicitation document name and section number, and emailed to Contracts@troopers.ny.gov by the deadline specified in the Key Events/Dates section. The form emphasizes that bidders should submit questions as soon as possible, as questions received after the stated deadline may not receive responses. Bidders intending to submit bids that deviate from solicitation requirements are encouraged to submit proposed deviations during the questions period for due consideration prior to bid submission. The form includes attachments covering Intent to Bid/Product Workbook, NYS Required Certifications, Encouraging Use of NYS Businesses, Insurance Requirements, Bidder Information Questionnaire, Bidder Submission Checklist, Report of Contract Usage, Manufacturer's Certificate, Supplier Agreement, and related appendices.

Substantive questions submitted by bidders will be answered through a question and answer document posted to the NYSCR website without identifying the submitting bidder. Notification of posting will be released through the NYS Contract Reporter. The form requires bidders to provide their name, contact name, contact email, solicitation document name, applicable document section, and the specific question being posed. The submission process mandates that the solicitation document name be included in the subject line of the email to ensure proper routing and tracking of inquiries.
