This is a Bid Form for the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee's Transit Shelters Group 1 procurement project under ITB-38-2026. The project involves the design, fabrication, and installation of seven transit shelter structures with associated amenities and comprehensive site work across designated locations in Rutherford County. Deliverables include seven bus shelters with benches, seven solar light fixtures, and seven trash receptacles, along with site clearing and grubbing, pavement removal, excavation, concrete sidewalk and pad installation (4,000 PSI Portland cement concrete), safety railings, erosion and sediment control measures, and traffic control. Bidders must submit sealed bids no later than June 3, 2026, at 2:00 pm CST to the City of Murfreesboro, 111 West Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37130. Site visits are mandatory for bidders to conduct thorough visual examinations and become familiar with local conditions prior to bid submission. Contractors must achieve substantial completion within 180 calendar days and final completion within 210 calendar days from the contract commencement date. The bid schedule includes unit prices for 25 line items with estimated quantities, and bids remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after bid opening.

Unit prices must include contractor overhead and profit for each identified line item, with final payment based on actual quantities provided rather than estimated quantities. Required bid documentation includes bid bonds or certified/cashier's checks, drug-free workplace affidavits, noncollusion affidavits, statements of compliance regarding illegal immigrants, Iran Divestment Act/Non-Boycott of Israel forms, and proof of active contractor's license. No set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise restrictions, or incumbent vendors are identified in the available bid materials. The City reserves the right to use alternates in combinations that best serve its interests, with the low bidder determined by the combination of base and supplemental bids. Liquidated damages provisions apply for failure to meet completion deadlines. Specific budget or award values are not disclosed in the available procurement documents.
