This is a proposal form for a term contract bid issued by a Florida school district (MCPS) for the purchase of OEM laser toner cartridges on an as-needed basis for schools and departments throughout the district. The bid solicitation requires vendors to submit pricing for 266 line items encompassing various HP cartridge models (items 1-209), Xerox cartridges (items 210-258), and Lexmark cartridges (items 259-266) in multiple colors and yield capacities. The proposal form must be completed electronically and submitted via VendorLink by January 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM. The contract term will run from March 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027, with the board approval scheduled for February 10, 2026. Bidders are required to provide unit pricing for each specified toner cartridge part number, and all submissions must be made electronically only; mailed, emailed, or in-person deliveries will not be accepted.

A critical requirement for award is that the successful vendor must maintain a spent cartridge recycling program as detailed in Item 6 of the specifications. Interested bidders must complete all required forms included in the bid documents, read the terms and conditions, and review the full specifications prior to submission. The district will be closed from December 19, 2025 through January 5, 2026, and any questions submitted during that period will be answered after reopening. The proposal form requests the bidder's firm legal name, FEI number, and contact person information along with competitive pricing for each of the 266 cartridge line items listed.
