The DuPage County Health Department reserves the right to request complete copies of all required insurance policies, including endorsements required herein, at any time.

Nothing herein set forth shall be construed to create any obligation on the part of the DuPage County Health Department to indemnify Provider for any claims of negligence against Provider or its agents, employees, subcontractors, or consultants.
