This is a scope of work document for mowing and landscaping maintenance services solicited by Citrus County, Florida through Invitation to Bid (ITB) 26-183. The County seeks qualified bidders to provide comprehensive landscaping maintenance at County-owned and/or operated facilities across Zone 2 properties located in Beverly Hills, Lecanto, Floral City, and Inverness. The successful bidder must furnish all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and incidentals to perform services in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Required services include mowing turf areas, string trimming around obstacles, mechanical edging of sidewalks and landscape beds, pruning and trimming of vegetation, weed removal, debris removal and disposal, inspection and damage reporting, and maintaining all landscaped areas in neat, healthy, safe, and aesthetically pleasing condition throughout the contract term. Bidders may submit proposals for any combination of three separate pricing areas: Area 1 (Beverly Hills and Lecanto), Area 2 (Floral City), or Area 3 (Inverness), with the County retaining the right to award individual areas or combinations thereof to one or more responsive and responsible bidders.

The Beverly Hills Community Center document serves as a reference property within Zone 2, providing specific site information relevant to the landscaping services scope. Pricing is structured with separate tables for each of the three service areas, allowing flexible bid submissions. The County maintains discretion in award decisions based on bidder responsiveness and responsibility across the geographic zones. This solicitation establishes a framework for ongoing grounds maintenance at multiple County facilities, with service delivery requirements emphasizing regular inspections, hazard identification, and consistent aesthetic and safety standards across all designated properties.
