About this file

This document is a Base Access Letter Template for the 17th Training Wing at Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, supporting a non-appropriated fund (NAF) solicitation for RV Storage Parking Shade Structures. The template outlines requirements for unescorted base access, including provisions for contractor personnel vehicle operation and visitor pass management, with specific contact details for SSgt Michael McCoy and Lt. Koen Weaver from the contracting office.

The related federal contract opportunity (Solicitation FA303025Q0048) involves constructing seven RV shade structures (one 45ft x 90ft and six 30ft x 90ft) at Goodfellow AFB. The project is valued between $100,000 and $250,000, will be conducted through full and open competition under NAICS code 238120, and does not involve federal appropriated funds. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 3 September 2025 at 9:00AM CDT, with base access letters required by Friday, 29 August 2025 at 3:00PM CDT.
