Blk 4: Tailoring of DID Requirements. Computer Software Product End Items shall include appropriate documentation, source code and executable as well as operation guidance. Documentation must be compatible with Microsoft Office 2010 or later version. Contractor shall submit to the Government PM a CD-R.

Blk 9: All documentation shall be marked I.A.W. DoDD 5230.24 with “Distribution Statement “F” and EXPORT CONTROL WARNING:

Blk 4: Tailoring of DID Requirements. For each unique hardware system evaluated. The Contractor shall deliver one (1) set of design drawings and associated lists. In addition, the contractor shall supply an electronic version of the drawing package in a format compatible with Solidworks (most recent version). Documentation must be compatible with Microsoft Office 2010 or later version.

Blk 4: Tailoring of DID Requirements. The contractor shall provide project status updates for incorporation into Program Management Reviews/Technical Interchange Meetings (PMR/TIMs). This update shall include providing the manpower, skills and resources required to plan, organize, coordinate, direct, accomplish, and document technical efforts and track funding requirements, use an effective cost, schedule, and technical performance control systems, and implement an efficient organizational structure flexible to the changing requirement and workloads. The Contractor shall provide the status of deliverables against schedule, track expenditures against both the budget and approved activities, and report technical progress on ongoing activities. The Contractor shall provide this information on a monthly basis with information being provided no later than the 10th of the following month. The format shall be determined by the government. Blk 4: Tailoring of DID Requirements. The Contractor shall report all activities at the WBS level III (work package level). Technical and cost status information shall be included in this report. Contractor shall use a format acceptable to the Government. In addition, the contractor shall prepare labor reports at the Work Unit level and provide a line item report of all commitments, obligations, and expenditures within each project. Must be compatible with Microsoft Office 2010 or later.

BLOCK 7: In preparing the DD250, code the shipment number with a “Z”. A final status report covering all open work units is due 30 days after the completion of the contract. All other status reports will be submitted via a letter of transmittal. Send the DD250 and letter of transmittal to the designated Government Program Manager.

BLOCKS 10, 12, and 13: The contractor shall deliver the first Status Report within 15 calendar days after completion of the first full contractor accounting month. The subsequent status reports and the line item reports (see BLOCK 4 above) shall be delivered within 15 calendar days after the end of each subsequent accounting month (monthly) thereafter through technical completion.

BLOCK 14A: One copy of the Status Report shall go to the Government Project Officer identified in the SOW and COR.

BLOCK 16: Unclassified reports may be submitted by e-mail to the Government Project Officer and COR only if the contractor has an IECA/ECA PKI program that allows for secure communications with the DoD. E-mail encryption capability based on a PGP platform is not acceptable.

THE REPORT WILL BE PUBLISHED WITH THE DEFENSE TECHNICAL INFORMATION CENTER (DTIC) BY AFRL STINFO OFFICE. Under no circumstances shall the contractor submit either the final report or the camera-ready technical report to DTIC. Must be compatible with Microsoft Office 2010 or later version.

Blk 4: Tailoring of DID Requirements.

GUIDANCE FOR PREPARATION OF THE REPORT: The Scientific and Technical Report shall be prepared I.A.W. the most current AFRL ANSI/NISO Standard Z39.18-2005, or other most current report preparation guidance, located at: http://www.kirtland.af.mil/prs.

The contractor shall complete and submit an SF 298 Report Documentation Page, with the final report. The SF 298 is available at: http://www.kirtland.af.mil/prs. The contractor shall complete the following blocks of the SF298: Blocks 2-5a, 6, 7, 8 and 13 (if applicable), 14-16c.

The contractor shall complete and sign the most current AFRL Form 25, AFRL Quality Final Technical Report Checklist, and submit it with the final report as part of the report deliverable. The checklist is available at: http://www.kirtland.af.mil/prs. If the completed and signed AFRL Form 25 does not accompany the final report, the deliverable is considered incomplete. Incomplete final reports will be immediately returned to the contractor. Following AFRL technical and STINFO reviews, any revisions required will be returned to the contractor.

The contractor shall deliver two editable electronic copies of the final report. The electronic copies shall be an editable .pdf file and the most current version of Microsoft Word. A CD-ROM (CD-R) is the acceptable media for submittal. (CD-RWs are not acceptable.) Electronic media shall be marked IAW the AFRL ANSI/NISO Standard Z39.18-2005 guidelines. Submission via unencrypted or unsecure email is not permitted.

Blk 7: Submit Final Report with letter of transmittal and the DD 250 to the designated project manager. In preparing the final DD 250 for the contract, code the shipment number with a “Z”.

Blk 9: All technical data (including electronic media/CD-R) shall be marked I.A.W. DoDD 5230.24 with Distribution Statement F and and other required markings shown indented below:

Blk 4: Tailoring of DID Requirements. The CDRL shall include the following: Instrumentation, Test Hardware, and Test Article Fabrication Documentation. Inclusive with the test hardware will be a report that shall include complete design documentation of the prototype device developed under this contract. This document must include operation, installation, and preventative maintenance instructions. Required data includes safety considerations, interconnection diagrams, logical diagrams, operating procedures, parts and components list, material types, test print list, and normal operating parameters. Format must be compatible with latest version of Solidworks and Microsoft 2010 or later version. Report shall not be submitted electronically.
