About this file

This document contains Vendor Questions and Agency Responses for the 22-422DNR-ILSTM-B-28419 contract opportunity for a museum admissions system in the state of Illinois. The scope of work includes integrating with specified hardware and software such as receipt printers, cash registers, and image barcode scanners. Implementation is expected to begin within 30 days of award. Invoicing for the museum software, training, and annual software licensing would be processed upon completion, while maintenance and support would be invoiced monthly.

The contract opportunity indicates that the agency is open to considering alternative hardware options beyond what is specified, as long as they meet the required system integration capabilities. The contract also clarifies that the vendor is not responsible for providing the listed hardware, but rather the system must interface with it. Pricing details are not provided, but the document indicates the agency's preferred payment processor is Stripe, and the invoicing process involves sending invoices to the designated contract contact for processing upon receipt.
