ADDENDUM NO. 2

AIRFIELD MARKINGS

CITY OF DELAND

BID NO. ITB-B-24-13-0-2024/CM

NOVEMBER 4, 2024

The following items are clarifications, corrections or deletions to the contract documents. THIS

ADDENDUM TAKES PRECEDENCE OVER THE ORIGINAL PARTS OF THE

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.

All the parts of the contract documents, not specifically modified by this or other addenda, remain in full force and effect.

Contractors shall thoroughly familiarize themselves with the contents of this addendum before submitting bid proposals. IT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO

INFORM THE SUBCONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, MANUFACTURERS AND OTHER

PARTIES PARTICIPATING IN THE WORK OF APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS IN

THIS ADDENDUM.

Contractors shall acknowledge receipt of this addendum, identified by number and date, on their bid proposal. Failure to acknowledge receipt of addendum may be grounds for rejection of the bid proposal.

III. QUESTIONS

Q1. Is there a water hydrant within 1 mile of the site, and if so, what does the contractor have to do to have access? Also, is there a dump site?

A1. Yes, water hydrants are available on site for use by the Contractor. Water meters may be rented from the City of Deland. Dump sites are available on site and will be coordinated during construction.
