B. Platform dimensions shall be 16 ft in length by 6 ft in depth.
C. Build a platform to safely support multiple occupants and comply with all applicable building and safety codes.
D. Permanently install up to 20 auditorium-style seats provided by government on the riser in a configuration that maximizes seating capacity. The seats are Irwin 12 seat, 21” back, Regular Bracket, Ergo Cushion, ¾ fold, cadet gray with sherpa royal. You can find the Irwin number 4 chair platform installation guide on their website.

G. Permanent Structural Integration: The contractor shall construct a permanent, non-portable, wooden heavy-duty two-tier riser platform. The platform frame must be physically, mechanically, and permanently anchored directly to the building's subfloor (concrete slab or structural steel) to eliminate any risk of shifting, tipping, or structural separation under dynamic loads. Structural Stability & Codes: The entire platform structure and seating layout shall be engineered to withstand all dead loads and dynamic live loads (minimum 100 lbs/sq. ft. or IAW local jurisdiction). Seating Attachment: All auditorium seating must be permanently bolt-secured directly through the riser decking into the structural framing members or concrete base using commercial-grade, vibration-resistant fasteners to guarantee zero movement or wobble over the life of the installation.
