About this file

This is a solicitation for a 2D Scanning System issued by the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) for the Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). The solicitation (W519TC-25-Q-A037) is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside seeking a single 2D Scanner for the Quality Assurance department, with a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract approach. The procurement will use a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection method, where offerors must meet specific technical requirements and provide the lowest total evaluated price.

Key response details include an offer due date of 31 July 2025 at 10:00 AM Central Time, with a requested delivery timeline of 12 weeks after award. Technical evaluation will assess the offeror's experience, published data, references, compliance statement, equipment identification, and warranty. Proposals must include detailed documentation demonstrating the manufacturer's three-year history of supplying similar equipment, contact information for at least three reference projects, and a comprehensive compliance statement. The government intends to award without discussions, so offerors are expected to submit their best initial proposal with competitive pricing valid for one year.
