The contract includes all title work and licensing as typically provided by dealerships for new snowmobile transfers. Snowmobiles only are included in this requirement; trailers are excluded from the contract scope.

SPECIFICATION SHEET

NATIONAL PARK SERVICE

GRAND TETON NATIONAL PARK

SNOWMOBILE PURCHASE

1. PURPOSE. The purpose of this requirement is to purchase three (3) new snowmobiles at Grand Teton National Park for use by Park Service Rangers. Rangers use snowmobiles as part of their normal Park operation during the winter season (November to May) for mountain rescue and emergency response including towing a rescue toboggan and various equipment.

2. Equipment Salient Characteristics:

a. Snowmobiles:

i. New 2025-2026 model with less than 500 miles.

ii. Ski-Doo Summit Adrenaline Edge 850-154” X-3” or equivalent model meeting the specifications below, and certified by the manufacturer for Mountain and Deep Snow class use:

b. Deliver to Address: 103 Headquarters Loop Rd. Moose WY 83012

4. Period of performance:

a. 3 new snowmobiles shall be either delivered to Moose, WY within Grand Teton National Park or arrangements made for Park personnel to pick up new machines no later than October 20th, 2026.

5. Miscellaneous:

a. Snowmobiles only are included in this requirement. Trailers shall not be included as part of this contract.

b. All title work and licensing shall be included as part of this contract as typical for dealership and transference of new snowmobiles, as required.
