About this file
The document is an Indian Affairs Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation Form associated with the Department of the Interior's Bureau of Indian Affairs Central Office for a Technical and Administrative Support (TAS) solicitation. The form requires offerors to self-certify that they meet the definition of an Indian Economic Enterprise under the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47), with specific compliance requirements at the time of offer, contract award, and throughout the contract term.
