About this file

This is a pricing template (Schedule B) for Off-Range Corral (ORC) Support Services under solicitation 140L0125R0003 for the Bureau of Land Management's Wild Horse and Burro Program. The template requires vendors to provide pricing for multiple service categories across five years, including: daily care and feeding of horses (with tiered pricing based on population ranges from 0-3,500 horses), hoof trimming services (2-3 times per year per animal), carcass disposal, animal training services (for both horses and burros at different training levels), and event hosting (both on-site and off-site). The pricing structure is based on a per-horse-per-day rate for basic care and feeding, with the government estimating approximately 200 horses and 73,000 feed days per year. The template includes areas of concern (AOC) for Colorado, Nevada, Kansas, and Wyoming. Vendors must specify their maximum capacity for horses and provide detailed pricing across all categories to determine total estimated contract value for the 5-year IDIQ contract period.
