Work shall be completed within a reasonable timeframe upon receipt of order. Final acceptance occurs when the lower unit is properly installed, the cooling system functions properly, the vessel passes operational testing, and no leaks, abnormal sounds, or performance issues are present, as determined by the Government representative.
