About this file
This document contains a past performance questionnaire for a federal contractor bidding on the Mission Services Platform opportunity with the Department of the Interior. The past performance questionnaire requests information on the contractor's relevant work experience to be completed by both the contractor and a reference client organization. The contractor must provide details on relevant contracts held, including contract type, value, period of performance and work description. The client organization will then rate the contractor's performance on a scale of 1 to 5 in areas such as on-time delivery, quality of products and services, responsiveness, and whether they would award another contract to the contractor. Once completed, the past performance questionnaire will only be viewed by the government for evaluation purposes in relation to the Mission Services Platform solicitation, which seeks development and operations and maintenance support services.
