SECTION 6 – EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD

The source selection method for this requirement will be “Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.”

Technical Acceptability: Extent to which the Quoted items conform to the specifications contained in the RFQ. All Contractor terms, conditions, and agreements comport with applicable Federal laws, regulations and otherwise satisfy the Government’s needs.

Price: The price will be evaluated based on the Quoter’s price assumptions, an analysis of the overall price and components of the overall price, an analysis of discounts provided, and for price reasonableness.

Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote is determined to be technically acceptable and quoted the lowest price that is determined fair and reasonable, providing a best value to the Government.

Based on this review of the quoter’s past performance information, via any method the Contracting Officer deems necessary, the Contracting Officer will determine if the quoter poses past performance risk to the Government.
