Grand Teton National Park Work Statement Replacement Engine for I-513781; 2011 John Deere 644K Loader; VIN: 1DW644K2CBE641000
1. Introduction & Contract Type o Grand Teton National Park Service Emergency Services Division is in need of having a key piece of equipment repaired as soon as possible.
o Purchase and installation of a replacement engine to match or exceed the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OWM) specifications for VIN: 2011 John Deere 644K Loader; VIN: 1DW644K2CBE641000 o
2. Specific Tasks or Requirements o Contractor Shall:
Replace engine (with remanufactured).
Replace all necessary parts to ensure proper and reliable performance.
Provide all necessary shop supplies and disposals.
Guarantee all work and components/parts for a period of 2 years (from completion and pick-up date).
Ensure that all vehicle systems and accessories are functioning properly.
Specific attention must be paid to the correct operation of the additional accessory and/or patient/medical box.
3. Period of Performance o The Equipment installation and commissioning period of performance will be completed 60 days after contract award.
4. Delivery Requirements o None, Grand Teton National Park assumes all responsibility to pick up or otherwise transport vehicle when work is complete.
