About this file
This document is a Capability Statement Questionnaire for a federal solicitation to provide lodging at Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge. The solicitation (No. 140F0S25Q0015) seeks 32 rooms for 92 nights from 3/31/25 to 7/1/25, issued by the Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service. The questionnaire requires potential contractors to provide detailed information about their business, including business size status (with options like small business, 8(a), veteran-owned, HUBZone), contractor arrangements, and capability to fulfill the contract.
The questionnaire requires respondents to describe their organizational capabilities, past project experience with similar complexity, available equipment, and ability to meet critical procurement timelines. Potential contractors must outline their proposed involvement (sole/prime contractor, joint venture, or subcontracting arrangement) and provide comprehensive details about their company's background, staff composition, relevant certifications, previous contract references, and any additional capabilities that could benefit the government's requirement. Respondents are encouraged to articulate their expertise clearly to facilitate a capability determination for this lodging services procurement.
