This requirement is for one (1) Firm Fixed Price Construction contract. The work shall consist of all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to remove and dispose of the existing water treatment equipment, pumps, aboveground piping, and controls (excluding the two 3,000-gallon water tanks) and install new filtration equipment, pumps, aboveground piping, and controls to provide potable water compliant with the Safe Drinking Water Act and meeting all technical requirements in the attached Statement of Work.
