This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for oil interceptor pumping and hazardous waste removal services at Golden Spike National Monument. Golden Spike National Historical Park Oil Interceptor Pumping & Removal of Hazardous Waste Base + Four (4) Option Years

Requirement:

This section provides specifications and instruction pumping oily water out an oil interceptor (oil water separator) on two separate occasions. The vendor will be required to come and pump out the oil interceptor on or around October 24, 2026, and again on or around April 24, 2027.

> Pump approximately 2,500 gallons of oily water on each occasion

> It is the vendor’s responsibility to profile the waste stream. The waste is only oily water

> Please include all transportation costs, profile charges, fuel surcharge and disposal fees as well as all applicable state and federal disposal fees

> Vendor will transport the waste to an approved Utah Department of Environmental Quality (UT-DEQ) disposal facility

> The Contractor shall comply with Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) regulations for the maintenance and operation of commercial vehicles
