The Contractor’s QC program is the means by which it assures itself that its work complies with the requirements of the contract. As a minimum, the Contractor shall develop QC procedures that address the areas identified in Attachment A, Performance Requirements Summary.

The Contractor's invoice will be reduced by 5% of the final service invoice price for every 5 days the task is not complete for any or all areas that work was not properly re-performed. This may also be reason for default. This will be monitored by the COR or Contracting Officer. Deductions to invoiced amounts due to lack of contract compliance on behalf of the Contractor shall require approval by the CO. Invoiced amounts for services that have not been rendered or have been rendered but are not in compliance with the standards set forth within this PWS will not be paid.
