About this file
This document is an Attachment of Instructions to Offerors for a competitive Request for Quotations (RFQ) issued by the U.S. Geological Survey Wetland and Aquatic Research Center. The solicitation (140G0125Q0168) seeks emergency replacement of a chiller compressor at their Lafayette, LA facility, with quotes due on 07/14/2025 at 10:00am MT and an anticipated contract award date of 7/15/2025. The NAICS code is 561790 (Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings), with a size standard of $9 million.
Offerors are required to submit an electronic quote to Mindie Dixon (mdixon@usgs.gov) with specific tabbed sections, including: an offer form with original signature, pricing, completed required federal forms, and evaluation responses. The technical evaluation will focus on two primary factors: technical capability (3-page limit demonstrating ability to meet specifications) and delivery (confirming ability to commence work within 7 days of contract award). There are no option periods for this contract, and all responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration.
