About this file

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) Annex C is a Transportation Performance Requirement Summary (PRS) detailing performance standards for various transportation and personal property management tasks. The document outlines specific requirements across multiple operational areas, including reporting, payments, customer counseling, shipment processing, and documentation management. Key performance metrics include timeliness standards (such as submitting reports within specified timeframes), quality requirements (like accuracy of documentation), and Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) ranging from 90% to 100% for different tasks.

The performance requirements cover critical transportation functions such as processing invoices, managing shipment records, handling changes in destination, preparing government bills of lading, counseling customers, processing payments and reimbursements, and maintaining records of shipments and tonnage. Surveillance methods include random sampling and activity reports, with most tasks requiring near-perfect accuracy. Specific requirements include submitting reports within 3-5 business days, completing documentation accurately, notifying owners of shipment status, and maintaining comprehensive records of transportation and personal property activities.
