About this file

This is a Lump Sum Cost Contract Price Schedule for the National Park Service (NPS) Denver Service Center solicitation 140P5126R0001 for the replacement of a video surveillance system at Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historic Park (MALU) in Atlanta, Georgia. The price schedule template requires offerors to submit pricing for all base line items and option line items as a condition of proposal acceptability. The contract includes nine line items organized by facility cluster: Exterior Enclosure, Parking Lot Cluster (including Bus Parking Cameras and Tennis Court Cameras as sub-items), Maintenance Cluster, Auburn East Cluster (with Wireless Bridges sub-item), Auburn West Cluster, and MLK Family Home. All line items are priced on a lump-sum basis, with offerors required to provide total prices only rather than unit prices. The schedule includes a cost breakdown section requiring offerors to itemize total material costs, total labor costs, total equipment costs, and total direct construction costs for each bid item.

The template specifies that all measurement and payment information is defined in Division 01 Specifications Section 01 27 00 Definition of Contract Line Items. In case of calculation errors, unit prices govern; in case of summation errors, corrected totals govern. All totals and extended prices must be rounded to whole dollars. This price schedule is part of a larger solicitation package that includes project specifications and construction design plans for the video surveillance system replacement project.
