Site Acres: 2.22

Scope of Work:

Phase 2: Well abandonment. Down-well activities as required to permanently abandon well. Phase 2 costs are not covered in this estimate.

Phase 3 - Site reclamation. After down-hole activities are completed, all equipment and trash left on site will be removed. One abandoned rusting metal water tank and one metal structure are identified onsite. The well site area not naturally regrown will be re-contoured and seeded. Access to the site will be blocked/bermed to prohibit future vehicular access.

Orphan Well Reclamation Project, Moab Field Office, Grand County

Features identified on site: Two pieces of equipment: one white metal structure ~6'x4'x4' in size, and one rusting metal water tank ~4' diameter.

Directions to site from Moab: I-70 east, exit 227 to Old Hwy 6&50 (Harley Dome), turn north onto BLM 193 Old Hwy 6&50 and travel 0.4 miles to junction, turn east to continue on Hwy6&50 for 2.2 miles; turn north onto BLM 194 Book Cliffs Rd, travel 5.6 miles to BLM 196; at junction turn north onto BLM196 Bryson Canyon Rd, travel 8.8 miles to Bryson/San Arroyo Rd, travel 1.39 miles to location.
