About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a Slurry Tank Control system at Rock Island Arsenal. The CDRL outlines specific documentation requirements for the contractor, including six primary submission categories: Installation and Preparation Documentation, Maintenance Manual, Operator Manual, Environmental Compliance Data, and Pre-Shipment Testing Report.
Key documentation requirements include detailed technical submissions such as installation drawings, electrical and pneumatic schematics, water piping schematics, equipment identification details, tool lists, safety data sheets, chemical lists, and preventive maintenance procedures. The contractor must provide these documents in electronic formats (PDF, DXF, DOC) at specific intervals: 60 calendar days prior to equipment delivery for some documents, 30 calendar days for environmental compliance data, and 10 calendar days for pre-shipment testing reports. All documentation is to be sent to Jeff Merry at Rock Island Arsenal, with specific requirements for the number and type of copies (e.g., 3 copies total, with 2 paper and 1 electronic). The solicitation is associated with generator and slurry tank modification in support of the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing Technology Center.

This drawing may be combined with either the Foundation Drawing or the Footprint Drawing, providing clarity is maintained. This drawing will provide location dimensions for anchor bolts including both the anchor bolt size and height of anchor bolt concrete surfaces clearly shown. Dimensions will be from a common baseline, not chain dimensions. This is to prevent tolerance stack-up errors. Locations of the first connection points for all required power sources shall be shown and dimensioned. Approximate gross weight of each separate component shall be indicated. This drawing shall show capacity requirements at each utility point of first connection.
