About this file
The document is a Price List Attachment for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Roto-Jet Pump Maintenance at Grand Canyon National Park. The five-year BPA covers comprehensive maintenance services for three Roto-Jet 2200 model RG 3x2 pumps located at the North Rim's Roaring Springs Pumphouse, with services including annual inspections, preventative maintenance, emergency support, and potential pump replacements. The pricing schedule outlines ten line items covering tasks such as annual inspections, pump replacements, on-call technical support, emergency and non-emergency services, travel rates, and potential technician downtime.
The solicitation (140P1525Q0033) is issued by the Department of the Interior's National Park Service Intermountain Region, with an anticipated performance period from 5/10/2025 to 5/11/2030. Quotes must be submitted electronically to lindsay_mclaughling@nps.gov, with questions accepted until April 17, 2025 at 10:00am MT. The BPA will be firm-fixed price, and replacement parts will be evaluated separately on a case-by-case basis for fair and reasonable pricing at the individual call level. The government anticipates awarding a single BPA for these pump maintenance and service requirements.
