Upon award of an order, the KO for the Government will designate an authorized COR to supply the Contractor with any appropriate Government furnished data and other necessary documents or equipment.

The COR may provide technical direction on the contract or task order as long as the work is NOT outside of the scope; does NOT constitute a change under the 'Changes' clause;

does NOT result in an increase/decrease in estimated cost of the contract or task order;

Nothing in this contract shall relieve the Contractor of his responsibility to comply with these laws and regulations.

The allowability of spill correction costs incurred by the Contractor shall be determined by the contract clauses. The Contractor shall control noise and dust within reasonable limits or limits established by applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
