6. Do not provide a listing of existing or previous contracts, but rather provide detailed information of construction surveillance service work for projects in the following categories:
a. Projects demonstrate construction surveillance services that include physical, personnel, technical, and procedural security as required for supported secure projects to fully comply with ICD 705, subject matter expertise on construction surveillance, technical surveillance, Temporary Electronic Security System (TESS) design, installation and operation, ICD-705 training, Construction Security Plan (CSP) development/implementation, and technical threat and risk assessment to ensure successful accreditation of secure facilities.
b. Projects that demonstrate the incorporation of construction security infrastructure and Construction Security Surveillance Support Equipment to include, but not limited to, temporary security office, fencing, gates, personnel screening equipment, temporary lighting, intrusion detection and close circuit TV, personnel badging equipment and supplies, material screening equipment, digital documentation devices.
c. Projects that demonstrate the incorporation of CSS personnel to include but not limited to Site Security Manager, Subject Matter Expert, Construction Surveillance Technician, and Cleared American Guards.
d. Experience developing or coordinating Construction Surveillance Plans.

Offeror: A contractor and/or company submitting a proposal for this solicitation.
Prime Contractor: A contractor that performed at least 20% of the work, and managed all other work for the project.
Sub-Contractor: A contractor that performed part of the project work, but did not manage the entire project.
Joint Venture: More than one contractor with a legal binding agreement to work together.
Key Subcontractor: A contractor that has signed a letter of commitment to perform work for the duration of the contract for the Offeror, and the Offeror is allowed to take credit for the Key Subcontractor’s experience. Ensure you the letter of commitment is signed by both the Offeror and the Key Subcontractor.
