About this file

This is a Schedule B Pricing document from the Michigan Department of Procurement for RFP No. 210000000583, concerning operational and custodial services for the Bicentennial and Blossomland Lift Bridges. The contract is structured for a three-year term, with services required during the primary operating season from March 15 to December 15, plus emergency openings during the off-season from December 16 to March 14.

The pricing structure requires contractors to submit monthly billings for services performed during each billing period (16th of month to 15th of following month), with payments made as lump sums. An annual mobilization fee is required at the start of each contract year to cover training, supplies, equipment, and overhead costs. The pricing template is divided by bridge, with each requiring separate costs for bridge operation labor (9 billing periods per year), mobilization supplies (annual lump sum), and emergency openings (estimated 5 per off-season). Contractors must provide firm pricing for all three years, with quick payment terms available. Prices must include all costs, including one-time charges, fees, and potential additional costs such as shipping and handling.
