About this file
This is a bid offer form submitted to the State of Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology in response to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Metro Ethernet services. The solicitation seeks fiber-based point-to-point metro-ethernet transport services with speeds ranging from 100 MB to 1 GB for various agency locations throughout Illinois. The bid document (B-51486 MET9) is designated as MET9-CY26 DOC REDUNDANT Metro Ethernet IFB under procurement reference 27-448DOIT-TELEC-B-54186. The form requires bidders to submit all required documentation as specified in solicitation section A.1, with failure to meet all requirements resulting in disqualification. Bidders are instructed to reference the Information and Technology Standard Terms and Conditions available at the Illinois Chief Procurement Office website, which will become part of any resulting contract.
The bid form includes provisions for bidders to claim applicable Illinois Procurement Code preferences, including domestic product preference, with bidders required to mark applicable preferences and list qualifying items with supporting justification. Bidders may take exceptions to contract terms and conditions by submitting a redline version of the standard terms, subject to state acceptance or rejection. The form contains multiple checkbox fields and text fields for bidder information, signatures, and dates, though the specific pricing terms, bid amounts, award timeline, contract duration, and renewal options are not visible in this particular document excerpt. Any bidder seeking to submit an offer must ensure completion and submission of this form as part of their complete bid package to the State of Illinois.
