About this file
This document is a Vendor Question and Answer document for an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Illinois State Police (ISP) for ultra-low visibility shirts and carrier systems, identified by BidBuy Bid# 25-493ISP-OPERA-B-46421. The procurement seeks to acquire Velocity system ultra-low visibility chameleon shirts and carriers with soft armor, or equivalent products. This is the first time ISP has put out a bid for these specific products, and there is no incumbent vendor from previous contracts.
The document includes a specific vendor inquiry requesting visual reference images of the required attire, which the ISP accommodated by adding two images to the bid attachments tab. The bid amendment appears to be providing clarification and additional information to potential bidders, addressing questions about product specifications and historical procurement context. No specific pricing, funding sources, or contract term details are explicitly outlined in this question and answer document.
