About this file
This file is a facility access map for the City of Phoenix Aviation DCS building, which supports the City's Request for Qualifications for Aviation Architectural Construction Job Order Contracting services. The map provides detailed directional guidance for accessing the Aviation DCS facility located at 500 South 24th Street, noting that the primary entrance gate from South 24th Street is permanently closed. Contractors and attendees must enter via Sky Harbor Circle, proceed through the lay down yard, and follow the marked route to reach the front entrance of the 2-story glass building with a teal roof. A pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for 9:00 am on Friday, February 13, 2026, at this facility, with remote Microsoft Teams participation available. The map includes a visual representation with a red line indicating the recommended route for navigation to the double glass doors at the main entrance, where visitors will find a large parking lot with designated City of Phoenix vehicle parking.
The map serves as a logistical resource to ensure qualified contractors and bidders can efficiently locate and access the Aviation DCS facility for the pre-submittal meeting associated with the RFQ process. The document is essential for contractors preparing to submit qualifications by the 12:00 pm Phoenix time deadline on Friday, March 6, 2026, and reflects the City's commitment to facilitating contractor participation in this significant procurement opportunity for on-call construction services valued up to $35,000,000 per contractor over the initial 36-month term plus optional renewal period.

Text version
The Aviation DCS building is a 2-story glass building, with a teal roof, with its main/visitor entrance facing East.
Our front entrance gate, that you would normally access from South 24th Street, is permanently closed.
You will need to enter from Sky Harbor Circle and turn into the lay down yard.
Make a right once you’re in the lot and follow it, staying to your right, until you make it through the gates, and to the front of the building.
You will see a large parking lot, with City of Phoenix cars parked facing the building. You will enter the building through the double glass doors.
See map below, follow red line.
