About this file
This is a directional map file prepared by the City of Phoenix, Arizona for the Aviation DCS facility located at 500 S. 24th Street. The map provides specific access instructions for visitors attending the pre-submittal meeting scheduled for February 13, 2026, at 9:00 am. The Aviation DCS building is a 2-story glass structure with a teal roof and main entrance facing east. Due to permanent closure of the front entrance gate typically accessed from South 24th Street, visitors must enter via Sky Harbor Circle, proceed through the lay down yard, and navigate through the facility gates to access the front entrance marked by double glass doors. The parking area features designated City of Phoenix spaces facing the building.
This facility map supports the City's Request for Qualifications for Aviation Architectural Construction Job Order Contracting services. Contractors are directed to reference this map when attending the mandatory pre-submittal meeting or accessing the facility for site familiarization. Remote participation in the pre-submittal meeting is available via Microsoft Teams for those unable to attend in person. The detailed directional guidance ensures that prospective bidders can efficiently locate the facility and navigate to the appropriate entrance point for the meeting.

Text version
The Aviation DCS building is a 2-story glass building, with a teal roof, with its main/visitor entrance facing East.
Our front entrance gate, that you would normally access from South 24th Street, is permanently closed.
You will need to enter from Sky Harbor Circle and turn into the lay down yard.
Make a right once you’re in the lot and follow it, staying to your right, until you make it through the gates, and to the front of the building.
You will see a large parking lot, with City of Phoenix cars parked facing the building. You will enter the building through the double glass doors.
See map below, follow red line.
