The installation shall comply with FAA requirements including manufacturers' STC/AML specifications for IFR installation with applicable FMS and Form 337 documentation. The existing GTX327 transponder will be integrated with the new TCI encoder and certified altimeter, with altitude reporting calibrated per FAR Part 91.217(b), transponder certification per FAR Part 43 Appendix F and 91.413, and static pressure system testing per FAR 91.411. The project deliverables include updated equipment lists and three weight and balance amendments accounting for floats, wheels, and skis, along with warranty registrations. Additional repairs to static systems, altimeter replacement, or transponder antenna and cabling work not included in the quoted price will be billed separately with prior approval. The aircraft may be transported to any Maine location within 100 nautical miles of Greenville Municipal Airport, with ferry costs beyond that distance to be considered in bid evaluation. The Department of Inland, Fisheries and Wildlife reserves the right to refuse any or all bids.
